Job Title: Technical Editor

Location： Nanjing, China
Responsibilities / Duties
- Product Development: Creation of functional specifications, authoring of user documentation (manuals,
online-help), evaluation of RS and development specifications, creation of draft structure;
- Execution of reviews; execution of SDE for user documentation and supply to CM in accordance with the
EA control process;
- Creation of application/configuration example, compilation and maintenance of glossary,
maintenance/updating of existing documents;
- Technical document translation
Contacts / Interfaces
- Internal: PLM , project management, developer, tester
- External: Suppliers, pilot customers, subcontractors, universities
Requirements
1. Education
- Power Automation, Automatic control. Bachelor degree
2. Languages
- English – High level (at least TOEIC level 730)
3. Experience
- 2~3 years or above working experiences on system test, development, commissioning, engineering or
user manual in power automation fields.
4. Techniques (Technologies/ Methodologies/ Professional Knowledge)
- Knowledge of HW/SW development process, SEI CMMI, Project-accompanying quality assurance, TQM,
EFQM, and Authoring User Documentation
- Knowledge of Marketing knowledge media
- Knowledge of legal requirements with regard to technical user documentation
- Know-how technical documentation (analysis, concept, design), configuration management and authoring
tools, graphic tools, data bases
- Know-how defect database
- Know-how in energy/automation technology
